Completion dates are date of shipment from our warehouse. No exceptions! No returns without prior authorization.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Purchasers agree to pay a 15% handling fee for any
items returned without an authorization. Cancellations are not acceptable before completion date. If cancellations are necessary, it must be a written/emailed request to Kokomo Unlimited. If accepted, you will be charged 15% of the value of the cancellation portion for handling. By Accepting our terms and placing an order on-line with Kokomo Unlimited, you accept our Policies, Terms and Conditions which are located on our web-site. You also agree that you are giving us direct authorization to charge your credit card electronically to the extent of this order and any shipping and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Purchaser of goods and merchandise agrees that he/she will be responsible for all collections including a reasonable attorney’s fee at trial or appellate level and charged the maximum interest rate allowed in Florida on the invoices past 30 days or longer. If court proceeds are instituted by either party concerning this invoice, the parties agree that a proper venue will be in Broward County, Florida. Acceptance of goods acknowledges that buyer agrees to above terms. It is the responsibility of the customer to review all Policies, Terms &Conditions.
